CEO + Founder

Catrina Hill is a strategic leader who takes a systematic approach to helping clients mobilize strategic planning initiatives as well as resolve compliance issues.

For the past 7 years, Catrina has worked as a Case Manager in the Social Services industry, supporting various organizations that serve low-income families by coordinating and overseeing the enrollment processes of those individual workforce development programs while ensuring their participants comply with state-issued mandates.

Catrina was able to leverage her administrative and liaison skills and knowledge of case management systems to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals increase operational efficiency in the transaction process and maintain industry compliance standards.
